Your Records Stay Private
Your IEPScore! account is protected by secure sign-in. The documents you upload are connected to your account, and only you can access them. Other users cannot see your child's records.
Secure Storage
Uploaded documents are stored securely and associated with your private account. You can download or delete your documents at any time.
Privacy-Focused Processing
When you request a review or analysis, IEPScore! prepares your document on our servers first. Before any document content is sent for AI-assisted review, identifying information — such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and student ID numbers — is reduced or replaced with neutral labels. The original file itself is not sent; only the prepared text is used.
AI-Assisted Review
Technology may assist with reviewing your documents, but the IEPScore! review framework and guidance are intentionally designed around special education expertise. All guidance is written in plain, parent-friendly language to help you understand your child's records and participate confidently in the IEP process.
Data Is Not Sold
IEPScore! does not sell your child's educational records or personal information.
